Message	Both suffer from the same problem; a single side has a chance to not turn on while the vehicle is on. I have noticed that this has to do with the temperature as it normally happens in the winter time (San Diego). These are the 55w slim kits. Their customer service is horrible both online and in-store. After all the bullshit I've been through with them, I would still get kits for my future vehicles from them. Their life-time warranty is a simple on/off test and they will replace it on the spot in-store.
